David Rosen successfully guides clients from Santa Monica to Beverly Hills and from the Hollywood Hills, Silver Lake & Los Feliz to Pasadena with an extensive knowledge of each of these communities.

For over 18 years he serves a wide variety of clients from savvy investors to first-time buyers, and specializes in trust and probate sales. He has earned a Green Designation in Environmental Architecture, the Architectural Specialist Program as well as the Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist from the National Association of Realtors.

Prior to launching his real estate career, David was an award-winning producer who worked in advertising and entertainment, heading the agency, Brave New Media. He brings a business acumen, strong creative background and great passion for architecturally significant homes and residential properties. David is a long-time resident of the Hollywood Hills where he is active in community affairs & the arts.
